Prompted Questioning
We will evaluate your current life situation with questions, homework and possible additional sessions. With non attachment you will dig deeper to discover the outdated stories you have continued to tell as well as lovingly release what no longer serves your growth for authentic empowerment.
Intuitive Meditation
Following the meditation there is time to reflect on what came up during the process and action steps will follow. You will take inner journeys of discovery as a process to witness and reclaim your personal power. Action steps will be provided to make this a daily practice.
Accountability Calls
Based on what shows up for you, accountability calls will aid your progress, provide reinforcement and/or gentle guidance so that you continue to see shifts in your life based on intentionality and authenticity.

About Your Evolutionary Guide:
Laura has 25+ years of experience in the corporate field of Advertising, Marketing and Business Development. She received the Woman of Achievement Award for the Nevada Women's Fund in 2018 as well as has received multiple Telly awards as an Executive Producer. She recently received the recognition of Nevada Broadcasters Association Hall of Fame Inductee for 2023.
She contributes her entrepreneurial spirit to her parents who taught her to live life with the highest integrity. She aspires to always create a win-win relationship with her clients.
In her personal time, she loves to meditate and continues to expand her knowledge by collaborating with brilliant business and spiritual leaders. She also loves traveling with her husband who is also a foodie and wine aficionado.

Why should I work with you when there are so many people in the coaching arena?
I use my real-life experiences, not only textbook education. I only want what is best for you and your highest good. I am here and ready to support you! It is worth a discovery call to see if we are a good fit.
I am very busy. How much time do I need to commit to the processes?
This is a valid question but one that I could counter by saying are you creating busyness to avoid facing the gnawing emptiness inside knowing there must be more?
I don’t consider myself a spiritual person. Why should I work with you?
I meet people where they are and would challenge that you are more “spiritual” than you believe. Let’s discuss this on a discovery call.
Why shouldn’t I just do a course online at my own pace?
For real authentic change and evolution to take place, I find that having an accountability coach for support provides the best results.
